ZVZO 서비스 이용약관

ZVZO 서비스 이용에 관한 기본 약속입니다. 개정판은 서비스 내 공지로 안내됩니다.

1. 서비스의 목적

본 약관은 주식회사 두어스가 운영하는 ZVZO(이하 '서비스')를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용자의 권리·⁠의무·⁠책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

2. 이용 자격

서비스는 크리에이터 및 브랜드 계정을 운영하는 사업자 또는 개인에게 제공됩니다. 회원가입 시 허위 정보를 기재한 경우 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. 서비스 범위

ZVZO는 크리에이터와 브랜드 간의 상품 판매, 커미션 정산, 콘텐츠 공유를 지원하는 플랫폼 서비스를 제공합니다.

4. 수수료 및 정산

수수료 및 정산 정책은 별도 정책 안내문에 따릅니다. 크리에이터 커미션은 구매확정 시 적립되며 지급 신청 시 지급됩니다. 브랜드 정산 주기는 일일 정산과 월간 정산 중 계약에 따라 선택합니다.

5. 외부 플랫폼 계정 연동

  • 크리에이터는 ZVZO for 크리에이터 앱(이하 '크리에이터 앱')에서 YouTube·TikTok·X 계정을 각 플랫폼의 공식 로그인으로 연결하거나 네이버 블로그를 인증할 수 있습니다. 연동은 선택 사항입니다.
  • 연결하거나 등록하는 계정은 본인이 소유하거나 정당한 관리 권한을 가진 계정이어야 합니다. 회사는 플랫폼이 알려 주는 계정 식별자를 이용자가 등록한 계정 정보와 대조해 소유를 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • ZVZO는 YouTube API 서비스(YouTube API Services)를 사용합니다. YouTube 채널을 연결하거나 등록하는 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 동의하고 이에 구속됩니다. TikTok·X 등 그 밖의 플랫폼을 연결하는 이용자는 해당 플랫폼의 약관과 정책을 지켜야 합니다.
  • 회사는 연결한 계정에 게시물을 게시·수정·삭제하거나 메시지를 보내는 등 이용자를 대신한 행위를 하지 않으며, 개인정보 처리방침(https://doers.company/legal/privacy)에 적힌 정보만 읽습니다.
  • 이용자는 언제든지 크리에이터 앱의 '연결 SNS 계정 관리' 화면에서 연동을 해제할 수 있고, 각 플랫폼의 설정(예: Google 계정 보안 설정 https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 회사의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 해제하거나 철회하면 회사가 보유한 연동 정보는 개인정보 처리방침에서 정한 기한 안에 삭제되며, 플랫폼에 저장된 이용자의 콘텐츠는 영향을 받지 않습니다. 다만 연동으로 등록 SNS 계정 칸에 자동으로 입력된 값은 연동 정보가 아니라 등록 정보로 남습니다(개인정보 처리방침 제7조 ⑥).

6. 약관의 시행과 변경 이력

이 약관은 2026년 10월 27일부터 적용됩니다.

  • 2026-10-27 — 제5조(외부 플랫폼 계정 연동)를 신설했습니다.
  • 2026-07-22 — 직전 판(제1조~제4조)

External platform accounts (Section 5)

  • Creators may connect their YouTube, TikTok or X account through each platform's official sign-in, or verify a Naver Blog, in the ZVZO for Creators app. Connecting is optional.
  • You represent that each account you connect or register is owned by you or that you are duly authorized to manage it. We may compare the account identifier returned by the platform with the account you registered to confirm ownership.
  • ZVZO uses YouTube API Services. If you connect or register a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). If you connect other platforms such as TikTok or X, you must comply with that platform's terms and policies.
  • We never post, edit, delete or send messages on your behalf, and we read only the information described in our Privacy Policy (https://doers.company/legal/privacy).
  • You may disconnect at any time in the app under "Connected social accounts" (연결 SNS 계정 관리), and you may revoke our access in each platform's settings (for Google: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After you disconnect or revoke, the connection information we hold is deleted within the periods set out in our Privacy Policy; your content on the platform is not affected. Values filled in automatically into your registered social account fields through a connection remain as registered information (Privacy Policy, section 7 ⑥).
